Job Summary
Driving operational excellence across strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Portfolio Operations Program Lead will establish governance frameworks, oversee portfolio health, and provide leadership insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks and reporting standards
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives from planning through execution
- Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations, finance, engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or PMO leadership
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
