Portfolio Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Operations Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Place Coupa purchase orders and process invoicing for projects
• Assist with resource and project updates in Clarity for project and time management
• Oversee all aspects of assigned portfolio functional areas including capital and operating budget governance

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of overall experience in portfolio operations or related fields
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
• Experience with capital allocation and capacity management
• Ability to participate in audits and functionally related activities
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems such as Clarity
