Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Operations Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Place Coupa purchase orders and process invoicing for projects
• Assist with resource and project updates in Clarity for project and time management
• Oversee all aspects of assigned portfolio functional area and lead conversations with organizational leaders

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of overall experience in portfolio operations
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
• Experience in processing purchase orders and managing contracts
• Ability to work in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience participating in audits and functionally related activities
