Portfolio Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Operations Specialist to support its Litigation Finance Portfolio Monitoring team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal documents, case filings, and supporting materials for portfolio monitoring
• Conduct legal, factual, and background research to inform investment evaluations
• Organize and maintain case files and track key developments and portfolio performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in paralegal work or litigation support roles
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Experience reviewing legal documents and managing case-related workflows
• Exposure to financial analysis or familiarity with litigation finance is preferred
