Portfolio Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise internal trading team, outside asset managers, and investment platforms to ensure client needs are met and accounts are invested correctly
• Review accounts for accuracy, proper record keeping, and adherence to asset allocation policies
• Configure accounts to implement company strategies on third-party systems and assist client service teams with reallocation of investment strategies

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 year of experience in investment management environment preferred
• Experience with Envestnet systems helpful
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access beneficial
