Portfolio Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising internal trading team, outside asset managers, and investment platforms to ensure client needs are met and accounts are invested correctly
• Reviewing accounts for accuracy, record-keeping, and adherence to asset allocation policies
• Configuring accounts to implement company strategies on third-party systems and assisting with reallocation of investment strategies in client portfolios

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• 1 year of experience in a professional investment management environment preferred
• Experience with Envestnet systems helpful
• Experience with Orion, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access helpful
