As a full-time remote Portfolio Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will manage comprehensive data inputs to develop competitive pricing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders across various teams, and contribute to new business development efforts in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data inputs to structure commercial solutions for diverse Transaction Management pursuits
• Build transaction commission and volume projections to analyze profitability impacts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pricing inputs into cohesive client solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience, preferably in Transaction Management or pricing/analytical roles
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience in building financial models
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools for handling large datasets
• Excellent interpersonal skills to translate complex financial concepts for stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in remote settings and coordinate across global time zones
