Portfolio Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Project Manager to provide enterprise-level oversight of programs and projects within the Lab of the Future team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level oversight of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and resource allocation
• Lead portfolio prioritization discussions and maintain integrated plans, milestone trackers, and status reporting
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies while producing executive-ready reporting for leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management within a complex, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
• Strong understanding of governance, milestone tracking, and executive reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
