Job Summary

Maximizing revenue and profitability across diverse portfolios, the remote Portfolio Revenue Manager will drive performance through new revenue initiatives, cutting-edge pricing programs, and targeted yield management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement yield strategies based on market analysis and demand drivers to enhance RevPAR Index
• Communicate weekly strategy updates and pivot approaches to ensure portfolio financial goals are met
• Conduct accurate financial forecasts, maintaining a variance of +/- 3% from actuals while optimizing revenue streams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue management within hospitality or airline sectors
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis
• Ability to evaluate revenue strategies with a holistic understanding of overall business objectives
• Demonstrated success in formulating and implementing effective revenue optimization strategies
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and property owners
