Portfolio Revenue Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Revenue Specialist to provide analytical and tactical support for revenue management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and provide strategic support for key assets under the Revenue Management for Hire service model
• Maintain a database to identify trends and create ad-hoc reports to improve hotel performance
• Assist the team with tactical revenue management duties and provide administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of hotel revenue management, reservations, or operations experience
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in software packages like Access, SQL, and Excel
• Demonstrated math skills for accuracy in data checking
• Prior hotel operations experience preferred
