Portfolio Strategy Director

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Portfolio Strategy Director will build operating frameworks and reporting structures that facilitate decision-making for product and engineering leaders while connecting their work to long-term financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate portfolio prioritization and tradeoff conversations among product, engineering, and business leaders
• Connect product and engineering efforts to financial plans, maintaining capacity models and defining ROI
• Define reporting architecture for product and engineering outcomes, ensuring actionable insights from data

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, strategy/operations consulting, or high-growth SaaS operations
• Proven ability to drive decisions on ambiguous, high-stakes problems independently
• Experience building operational models and creating board-ready presentations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
• Genuine curiosity about insurance technology and AI commercialization
