Portfolio Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Strategy Lead to support strategic real estate initiatives for dynamic client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio optimization initiatives and maintain a comprehensive Plan of Record
• Gather and analyze data to prepare reports for executive review and support decision-making
• Coordinate with account teams and stakeholders to track deliverables and ensure alignment with client goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in real estate portfolio strategy or strategic consulting
• Prior experience in commercial real estate is required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or ESRI is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage complex projects
