Portfolio Strategy Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Strategy Operations Manager - Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and execution of congresses in collaboration with the medical marketing team
• Manage and support the contracting process for speakers and analyze the effectiveness of speaker programs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance operational efficiency for portfolio strategies

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing operations of national and regional conferences
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to lead multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment
