Portfolio Technology Advisor

Job Summary

Managing a team focused on providing workplace advice to large corporate occupiers of commercial real estate, the full-time Portfolio Technology Advisor will oversee staff training, coordinate daily activities, and drive strategic partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee staff training and development
• Coordinate the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff as needed
• Contribute to strategic plans for optimizing clients' property portfolios and guide clients on adopting flexible workplace strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
