Job Summary
A company is looking for a Portfolio Value Executive who will support customers in developing strategic value-based roadmaps using company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with customer executives to identify business needs and objectives
- Link customer corporate strategies and financial assessments to investment decisions
- Manage customer requirements and match them to the company's portfolio of solutions and services
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy, business, technology consulting, or senior leadership in a contact center organization
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex value models clearly and simply
- Proven relationship-building skills with C-suite or VP level business users
- High competency in complex Excel models and creating compelling PowerPoint presentations
