Portuguese/English Focus Group Facilitator
Job Summary
To support six virtual workshops for Brazil-based participants, the contracted Portuguese/English Focus Group Facilitator will facilitate discussions, capture detailed notes, and organize documentation remotely between mid-September and the end of October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate or co-facilitate virtual workshops with participants, ensuring smooth discussion flow
- Capture detailed notes and coordinate recordings and transcripts for each workshop session
- Organize and upload documentation into the project repository, flagging any unclear participant feedback for follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Experience facilitating or supporting virtual focus groups, interviews, or workshops
- Strong note-taking and documentation skills
- Comfort with virtual meeting tools and managing recordings
- Availability between mid-September and the end of October 2026
