Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portuguese-English Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct
• Take notes during calls and be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary
• Participate in internal training and be open to obtaining new certifications

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• 1+ years of interpreting experience
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and awareness of legal terminology
• International certifications in healthcare industry are a plus
• High school diploma in native language and high emotional intelligence
