POS Analyst II

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the POS Analyst II will assist in configuring, deploying, and supporting Point-of-Sale solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance integration and troubleshoot issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and deploying Point-of-Sale hardware and software solutions
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution
• Review debug logs and datasets to isolate root causes and collaborate with vendors for fixes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting POS hardware/software
• 2+ years of experience consulting with cross-functional teams
• Strong background in Hospitality or Retail Point of Sale integrations
• Experience with large-scale implementation of applications and associated technologies
• Ability to read and follow scripts and debug files, including XML and Windows Registry
