POS Data Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Remote within the United States, the part-time POS Data Systems Administrator will manage the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Point-of-Sale (POS) data systems across restaurant locations, ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update POS databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all locations
• Provide technical support for POS-related issues and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement new product launches and promotional updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in POS system administration or data management
• QEI experience is required
• Experience within the restaurant or retail industry strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS platforms and database management
