POS Integrations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the POS Integrations Analyst will support and enhance Point of Sale integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Review debug logs and datasets to isolate root causes and implement necessary fixes
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Assist in configuring, deploying, and supporting Point-of-Sale solutions and hardware for Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins brands

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting POS hardware/software
• 2+ years of experience consulting with cross-functional teams
• Strong experience in Hospitality or Retail Point of Sale integrations
• Familiarity with API technologies such as REST, JSON, and SOAP
• Ability to read and follow various scripts and debug complex log files
