Posit Connect Engineer & Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Posit Connect Platform Engineer & Application Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Posit suite, managing user access and monitoring platform performance
• Design and deploy interactive R/Python applications and dashboards while building data pipelines
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to optimize application performance and automate reports

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in R and Python, with experience in R Shiny and/or Python web frameworks
• Hands-on experience with administering Posit Workbench, Connect, and Package Manager
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
