Job Summary

A company is looking for a Posit System Administrator to maintain and enhance multiple Posit deployments supporting public health analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Posit Workbench, Posit Connect, and Posit Package Manager across multiple deployments
Manage complex R, Python, and system dependencies in Linux environments while coordinating between technical teams
Provide user support, triage technical issues, and deliver best-practice guidance for R, Python, and Shiny development

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with systems administration in Linux environments
3+ years of experience administering Posit products (Workbench, Connect, Package Manager)
Experience creating and managing R and Python packages
Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as SCC, Nessus, or ACAS
Possession of a Bachelor's degree
