Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Portfolio & Grant Analysts, the full-time remote Post Award Grant Manager will manage post-award maintenance, reporting, and compliance to optimize research fund usage and mitigate non-compliance risks for assigned awards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for grant management in compliance with university and federal guidelines
- Provide detailed financial reports and grant consultation to faculty, ensuring fiscal responsibility across organizational units
- Manage and mentor a team of Portfolio Analysts, focusing on performance management and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and five years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience in grant and contract administration, including financial management processes
- Proficiency in data analysis, risk management, and forecasting
- Strong computing skills, particularly in MS Excel
- Knowledge of federal regulations related to grant administration
