Job Summary
To support the administration of sponsored projects, the full-time salaried Post Award Research Administrator will manage the setup and maintenance of new awards, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as a resource for principal investigators and departmental contacts in a remote eligible environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial reviews of award documents and prepare new awards and modifications for setup
- Analyze award documents for compliance issues and coordinate necessary actions with relevant offices
- Serve as a resource for principal investigators and administrators regarding award requirements and post-award management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience can substitute for education
- Minimum of 3 years of university and/or sponsored program experience
- Highly developed time management, problem resolution, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and high-quality customer service
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise eligible for unclassified technical data access
