Post-Award Supervisor
Job Summary
Supporting the post-award team, the full-time salaried Post-Award Supervisor will oversee a group of four to six members, ensuring compliance with sponsored project processes while offering training and guidance in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily oversight and supervision of the post-award team, ensuring adherence to university and sponsor policies
- Conduct monthly reviews of sponsored awards within an assigned complex award portfolio to ensure compliance and proper allocation of charges
- Develop and implement training programs for team members on internal and external policies related to sponsored projects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Five years of related experience in grant management or research administration
- Expert level understanding of sponsored project post-award processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in developing training programs for staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP and Tableau
