Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Post Close Marketing Specialist will create and execute polished marketing materials for real estate agents after property sales, working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce Sale Pending and Just Sold marketing materials
• Create social media graphics and content for sale announcements
• Post and schedule marketing content across various platforms while maintaining organized records for each property

Required qualifications

• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Access to a desktop computer, dual monitor screens, and high-speed internet
