Key Responsibilities

• Request necessary documents and inspections from various parties involved in the loan process
• Monitor outstanding conditions and participate in weekly meetings to ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in loan processing or related field
• Familiarity with funding documents and closing procedures
• Ability to manage and analyze daily reports
• Cross-training in various positions within the division is expected
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field is a plus
