A company is looking for a Post Closer to manage the completion of closed loan packages and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and gather required documents from various parties to complete loan packages
• Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and other team members to ensure proper documentation is obtained
• Monitor outstanding conditions and participate in weekly meetings to review progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in loan processing or related field
• Familiarity with closing documents and funding processes
• Ability to manage and analyze data using Excel
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Willingness to cross-train for other positions within the division
