• Request necessary documentation from various parties including title, borrowers, and builders
• Collaborate with loan processors and underwriters to ensure accurate documentation is obtained and uploaded

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in loan processing or a related field
• Proficiency in managing and correcting Excel reports
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and closing processes
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field is a plus
