Key Responsibilities

• Request and gather all required documents from various parties to complete loan packages
• Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure proper documentation is obtained
• Monitor outstanding conditions and participate in weekly meetings to review status updates

Required Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing or a related field
• Ability to manage and correct daily reports using Excel
• Familiarity with closing documents and loan procedures
• Strong organizational skills to track and manage documentation timelines
• Willingness to cross-train for other positions within the division
