Post Closing Bond Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Bond Post Closing team in a full-time remote capacity, the Post Closing Bond Team Lead will oversee daily production activities, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines while providing coaching and support to team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Bond Post Closing team, ensuring efficient pipeline management and timely completion of deliverables
• Perform first-tier reviews of escalated files and balance team loan assignments
• Implement process improvements and monitor staff productivity to meet production requirements and compliance standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a Post Closing role, with bond loan experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Post Closing role
• Experience with various loan programs and addressing investor conditions
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory rules, agency guidelines, and experience with Encompass preferred
