Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all post-closing compliance audit and review activities remotely
• Review closed loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Identify, track, and resolve post-closing compliance conditions and deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending, post-closing, or loan operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of post-closing processes and relevant regulations
• Experience auditing loan files and resolving post-closing conditions
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass) is preferred
