Post Closing Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the post-closing process, the full-time Post Closing Suspense Coordinator will review, submit, and clear loans with investors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prep, review, submit, and clear all defects identified by auditors
• Review conditions placed by investors and obtain necessary documentation to clear loans for purchase
• Monitor pipelines to ensure delivery deadlines are met and maintain investor relationships

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience
• Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage loan process
• Ability to communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications
