Job Summary
A company is looking for a Post Closing Doc Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Pulls reports to identify outstanding trailing documents
- Requests and follows up on aged trailing documents from clients and closing agents
- Collaborates with various parties to address defects in mortgage documents
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of mortgage loan documents and title work is a plus
- Experience with data reconciliation and report management
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Mortgage lending experience is advantageous
