Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Doc Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pulls reports to identify outstanding trailing documents
  • Requests and follows up on aged trailing documents from clients and closing agents
  • Collaborates with various parties to address defects in mortgage documents
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of mortgage loan documents and title work is a plus
  • Experience with data reconciliation and report management
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Mortgage lending experience is advantageous
