Post Closing Securitization Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Post Closing Securitization Team Lead will manage daily operations, handle loan level escalations, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines while providing coaching and support to team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day tasks of the Securitization Team and serve as the first level escalation point for inquiries and additional file reviews
• Monitor team performance metrics, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance, while suggesting process improvements
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires, and provide performance coaching to existing employees

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a Post Closing role
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Post Closing role
• Experience with various loan programs and addressing investor conditions and exceptions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working in Encompass preferred
