Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Post-Closing Shipping Specialist will review, audit, and deliver completed loan packages to investors, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and delivery guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Audit loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance using established investor checklists
- Prepare and deliver loan files and image packages required for investor purchase
- Maintain accurate updates and tracking information in Encompass and other systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related mortgage industry experience
- At least 1 year of post-closing experience
- Understanding of mortgage loan documents and post-funding loan lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with investor and warehouse bank guidelines
- Proficiency with mortgage loan systems, including Encompass, preferred
