Post Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and assist with the administration and coordination of Recordings, Post-Closing, and Title Policy Issuance
• Maintain and update internal systems status updates and client tracking reports
• Perform Quality Control of title insurance policies and coordinate policy ordering from various title partners

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or 1+ years of experience in the title industry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SoftPro preferred
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
