Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Escalation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process post-funding loan modification requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Manage post-funding refunds and coordinate with title companies for accurate documentation
• Provide cross-functional support within the Post Close department to maintain service levels

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant mortgage experience
• Experience with Loan Product Advisor (LPA) and Desktop Underwriter (DU)
• Prior experience in loan processing, underwriting, or post-closing operations is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
