Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Close Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review closed loan packages for compliance and proper execution of documents
• Perform detailed post-closing analysis to ensure adherence to Agency program guidelines
• Enter loan data into relevant systems and prepare loan files for delivery to agencies and investors

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage industry concepts and government insuring processes
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite and Encompass 360
• Ability to work independently and analyze data with limited supervision
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
