Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closer to manage the completion of closed loan packages and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and obtained.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and gather required documents from various parties to complete loan packages
• Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure proper documentation is obtained
• Monitor outstanding conditions and participate in weekly meetings to review progress

Required Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing or related field
• Ability to manage and correct daily excel reports
• Familiarity with closing documents and mortgage processes
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to cross-train for other positions within the organization
