Post Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist, responsible for managing post-closing activities related to escrow transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of all closing documents and coordinate with branches for any missing information
• Disburse funds according to the closing statement and maintain accurate post-closing files
• Act as the main point of contact for Escrow Officers, providing support and resolving customer issues

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of real estate transactions and the "life of a file.
• 1+ years of experience in title/escrow processing strongly preferred
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling post-closing issues such as stop payments and refund issuance
