Post Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist to coordinate the resolution of conditions identified by the investor during purchase review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and document daily suspense reports from investor sites to identify suspended loans
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to gather documentation needed to resolve suspense items
• Monitor and update the pipeline to ensure timely processing of conditioned or purchased loans

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage credit and/or post-closing activities
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory and investor guidelines for various loan programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
