Post Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post audit reviews of secondary market loans based on regulatory agency and investor requirements
• Prepare files for audits of secondary market loans and reconcile HUD/Settlement Statements
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of conventional and government residential mortgage loans and investor guidelines
• Prior experience with Loan Origination Systems and Microsoft Office programs
• High school diploma or GED; three to five years' experience preferred
