Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post audit review of secondary market loans based on regulatory agency and investor requirements
• Prepare files for audits of secondary market loans and disburse all residential mortgage loans
• Review mortgage loans for compliance and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of conventional and government residential mortgage loans and investor guidelines
• Prior experience and proficiency with Loan Origination Systems and Microsoft Office programs
• High school diploma or GED; three to five years of experience in this field preferred
