Job Summary
Providing essential support for real estate transactions, the full-time Post Closing Recording Specialist will manage the final review and timely recording of title documents, prepare loan packages, and ensure all parties receive necessary documentation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct final review and ensure timely recording of all title documents with the County Recorder's Office
- Prepare loan packages for transfer, including auditing documents and reconciling files
- Schedule real estate contract transactions and distribute legal documents to all involved parties
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 3+ years of related work experience
- Experience in escrow services for residential and commercial transactions
- Familiarity with real estate documentation and recording processes
- Ability to work under general supervision and manage individual workload effectively
