Post Closing Specialist

Job Summary

Bringing clarity and closure to the loan process, the full-time Post Closing Specialist will manage the Post Closing report, review and resolve funding conditions, and ensure documentation accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and clear processing, underwriting, and closing conditions with urgency and precision
• Evaluate incoming documents to ensure completeness and accuracy standards are met
• Organize loan files by uploading, editing, and renaming documentation within Imaging

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years prior experience in processing, closing, or underwriting
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan documentation
• Experience with LOS and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
• Ability to follow established operating procedures and meet deadlines
