Post Closing Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Post Closing Team, the full-time remote Post Closing Investor Team Lead will oversee loan level escalations, ensure timely resolution of conditions during purchase reviews, and monitor team performance metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily tasks and serve as the first level escalation point for the Post Closing Team
• Monitor team performance metrics and report on documentation accuracy and compliance
• Assist with onboarding, training, and employee development for team members

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a Post Closing role
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Post Closing role
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory rules, agency guidelines, and investor conditions
• Experience working in Encompass is preferred
