Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Oversight - Post Closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of closed loans to investors and whole-loan purchasers, ensuring timely submission and purchase
• Manage all investor suspense, rebuttals, and curative documentation through final purchase
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor delivery and manage communications with correspondent sellers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of post-closing and investor delivery experience
• Proven experience independently managing delivery, suspense, and rebuttals across multiple investors
• Prior role as an escalation point for delayed purchases or delivery disputes
• Experience designing or improving post-closing and delivery workflows
• Strong working knowledge of LOS platforms and investor delivery portals
