Job Summary

Managing wire disbursements and reviewing closed loan packages, the hybrid remote Post Closing Wire Desk Analyst will ensure accuracy and compliance with investor and company requirements while coordinating funding and resolving exceptions.

Key responsibilities

• Review closed loan files for accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines
• Prepare and release wire transfers for loan funding in accordance with company policies
• Communicate with settlement agents and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate funding

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in mortgage post closing, closing, funding, or secondary marketing
• Familiarity with banking controls and wire transfer processes
• Experience with LOS platforms and wire portals
• Understanding of TRID, RESPA, HMDA, and investor guidelines
