Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post-Doctoral Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research, including interviews with labor leaders and activists
• Participate in observations of relevant meetings and events, and perform media and website scans
• Contribute to literature reviews, reports, and the development of the project's Theory of Change model

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in labor relations, human resources, public policy, sociology, or a related field
• Familiarity and comfort working with worker organizations
• Training in qualitative research methods and experience with interviews
• Expertise in analyzing race, gender, and identity in the workplace
• Experience in advocacy, community organizing, or public service with marginalized communities
